CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We kindly request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your reservation.
Please note that cancellations must be made during business hours (Tuesday–Saturday) via phone call. Emails or voicemails outside business hours do not count as proper cancellation notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
A credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations.
